We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing manufacturing / production client, based in just south of Telford. The role will be working 30 hours per week, across Monday-Friday. The Sales Administrator will work alongside the E-Commerce Sales Manager to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for consumers. They are looking for an ambitious, organised individual who understands the importance of delivering the highest standard of customer service to grow a business with a proactive and positive attitude. Due to the remote location of the business, you are likely to need you own transportation as public transport is not likely to be an option.
Duties will include, but won't be limited to:
* Encouraging customers to use E-commerce site through phone calls and email marketing. This will include explaining how to use the online ordering site and giving guidance on how to use.
* Ensuring all client orders are processed onto the internal systems swiftly and accurately.
* Handling customer enquiries in a polite and timely manner via phone or email
* Carry out website administration when necessary.
* Giving clients update on the order progress and letting them know if there might be any delays in transportation.
* Having regular contact with clients and checking information on orders to clarify if something doesn't appear to look correct.
* Carrying out daily operations including customer order processing, customer liaison from order to delivery, tracking orders via pallet networks, account monitoring and administrative duties as required.
* General duties as required by the needs of the business.
Skills and Experience
* Strong customer service and excellent communication skills
* Be able to build excellent relationships with customers
* Experience using Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express and be able to learn in house systems quickly
* Excellent team player who is able to get stuck into a small team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* A self-starter who is highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and opportunity
* Be able to work under pressure
* Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
* Relevant experience is preferred however full training will be provided
