  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum
  • Support pupils in developing core skills across the curriculum
  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across KS2
  • Support and drive high-quality teaching and learning across the phase
