This position calls for a dedicated and organised TPM / CI Coordinator who will ensure the efficient and continuous improvement of the manufacturing operations in the Industrial sector. The role is based near Bradford and requires someone with a passion for Engineering, ready to make a significant impact in a well-established company.

The client is a large manufacturing business with an impressive global footprint including some recent acquisitions in the UK! The main manufacturing site is based near Bradford.

Description

As the TPM / CI Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Working closely with Production and the Senior Leadership team to identify areas for improvement.
Leading and facilitating problem-solving activities within the maintenance department.
Overseeing and managing all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) administration and data within the manufacturing department.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of TPM initiatives.
Providing training and support to team members on TPM methodologies.
Participating in cross-functional projects to drive organisational success.Profile

The successful TPM / CI Coordinator should have:

Previously worked in a similar position within a manufacturing business - ESSENTIAL
Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools (5S, OEE etc) - ESSENTIAL
Excellent problem-solving skills - ESSENTIAL
Great communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
An understanding of lean and continuous improvement methodologies - ESSENTIAL
A degree in Engineering or a related field - DESIRABLE

Job Offer

A 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with a possibility of a permanent position)
