Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school seeking an inspiring Teacher to join their KS2 team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality learning, nurturing independence and encouraging curiosity.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across the curriculum
Use effective assessment to inform teaching and drive pupil progress
Create a positive and respectful classroom culture
Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL
Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with colleaguesYou Will Need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Strong classroom management and high expectations for all pupils
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
