WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Contents Manager to join our Marketing & Business Development team based in Gatwick.  This is a great role for an enthusiastic digital marketing & content professional who is looking for their next challenge and wants to make a difference to an established and ambitious law firm.

The MBD team is committed to delivering the best possible service to its internal clients whilst continuing to develop our digital offering to combine business objectives with client value. There are exciting digital projects on the horizon and this role will enable the successful candidate to make a significant contribution. They must be a self starter with the ability to work independently whilst enjoying being part of a marketing team.

Graduate, CIM qualified, preferably with at least 2 plus years in a previous digital marketing role. Experience in a professional service organisation is preferable. The individual must:

  • Have excellent digital marketing knowledge with strong organisational ability, excellent prioritisation skills, ability to plan own workload and work to deadlines.
  • Have experience in content management, website development and maintenance, SEO and digital advertising.
  • Strong influencing skills and proven track record of successfully challenging senior and junior staff alike in order to promote and deliver best in class marketing outcomes.
  • Deliver a high quality and proactive service to the teams.
  • Previous experience of working as part of a team and working effectively with key suppliers.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work confidently and co-operatively with our people across the firm at all levels.
  • Be calm under pressure, flexible, a team player and good communicator who is client oriented.
