Job Title: Caretaker
Location: Market Harborough
Salary: 12.21ph
Hours: Monday to Friday 2-10pm

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and security of our premises. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping environments safe, tidy, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the premises are clean, safe, and secure at all times
* Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
* Monitor heating, lighting, and alarm systems
* Open and lock up the building as required
* Liaise with contractors and supervise works on site
* Maintain outdoor areas, including basic gardening and litter picking
* Conduct regular health and safety checks and report any issues

About You
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Basic DIY and maintenance skills
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
