Well-established and growing international pallet manufacturer is opening a new U.S. location in Calhoun, GA, and is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real room to grow as the facility scales.

1st Shift / $506-$60k/ Direct Hire

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee daily production operations on the floor, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. You'll be hands-on with a small team and play a key role in setting the culture and pace of a new facility.

• Supervise and direct a production team of up to 15 employees
• Plan and coordinate daily workflow, assignments, and priorities
• Monitor production output and ensure on-time, quality completion of orders
• Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and production equipment
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Train and develop team members; provide coaching and performance feedback
• Communicate with management on production status, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Support the startup and buildout of facility processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience in wood pallet manufacturing or a closely related industry 
• Forklift operation experience 
• Familiarity with production scheduling, workflow management, and floor operations
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Experience supporting a new or growing operation a plus!
