Sales Manager - Residential New Build Developer
📍 Location: South London (SE3)
💰 Salary: £40,000 basic + OTE £80,000

About the Role:
We are a fast-growing residential developer, currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales operation on an exciting new development in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for property and a proven track record in sales management to make a real impact on a flagship site.

The Role Includes:

Leading and motivating a team of three Sales Advisors (at varying levels of experience) to meet and exceed sales targets

Creating a positive and high-performance sales environment with clear direction and leadership

*

Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion

*

Working closely with senior management, marketing, and building teams to ensure the smooth operation of the sales suite

*

Implementing sales strategies and regularly reporting on performance

*

Maintaining excellent customer experience and professionalism at all times

About You:
✅ Minimum 2 years of Sales Management experience within the new homes or property sector
✅ A strong leader who can inspire, coach, and direct a team to deliver outstanding results
✅ Experience managing sales teams across different experience levels
✅ Confident, well-organised, and target-driven
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Able to work weekends (with days off in lieu)

Package:

Basic salary circa £40,000

*

On-target earnings up to £80,000

Based on-site in SE3, South London
