As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become an expert in connecting skilled professionals with some of the biggest names in the energy industry. Your day-to-day will include:

• Building networks and headhunting high-calibre candidates.
• Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
• Writing adverts and managing candidate applications.
• Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process.
• Negotiating offers and closing deals.
• Growing your knowledge of the global energy market.
