We Do Group is working with a rapidly growing SME business in Surrey who are looking to bring on a number two to support their new Finance Director.
This is a really exciting role that would suit a confident and motivated finalist / newly qualified candidate who wants to get stuck into a very successful business that is growing through organic growth but needs a strong finance operation to support it's future plans!
The Role:
- Lead the production of monthly management accounts
- Oversight and manage the financial controls within the business
- Manage two direct reports (AP and Payroll)
- Ownership of the company consolidated P&L
- Cash flow statements and forecasting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Contract performance reporting
- Risk & Opportunities oversight
- Business Plan Objective Reporting
- First point of contact for external auditors
Exciting Projects:
- Design and implementation of new internal reporting structure
- Financial Controls review - Drive improvements and implement new structure
- Documenting SOP’s within the Finance Team
- Roll out of Internal Audit and Assurance programme
- Delegated Authority / Reserved Matters Framework
- Formalising Risk Registers
Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
