Commercial Account Handler / BrokerLocation: YorkshirePackage: £Negotiable + BenefitsWe've been growing brilliantly in the Yorkshire region and are now looking to add to the team to support our ongoing growth and development in the region.Our Team in Yorkshire have been looking after their clients requirements for over 40 years, providing high quality, specialist products to suit their needs whether they are Commercial or Personal clients.You'll be working on a range of Commercial cases from Mid to Large SME up to some corporate scale cases alongside our Account Executives. Supporting our clients across their day to day needs with MTA's through to Renewal preparation.The day to day:
- You'll be working alongside our team of dedicated and passionate Account Executives to assist them with the lifecycle of their clients, from new business quotations through MTAs and on to Renewals
- Ensuring all documentation is correct and accurate prior to issuing to clients in line with service level agreements
- Maintaining compliance with Group and FCA rules and regulations
- Actively managing personal workloads and assisting colleagues where required on larger or more complex cases
- Assisting clients with day to day queries on their coverage and providing quotations for additional products / increases in cover where appropriate
- Building strong working relationships with clients, underwriters and wider internal / external stakeholders

About You:
- You'll have strong working knowledge and appropriate level of technical skills across Commercial Insurance ranging from SME to Corporate Risks across Stand alone Commercial Property, Liability, CAR, Combined / Packages and Professions risks.
- Your wider skill set should include strong Communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, influencing, relationship and stakeholder management, time management and IT skills coupled with working knowledge of relevant broking platforms (Open GI experience is desirable)
- You should also have a desire to learn and develop as part of a strong team environment
- Ideally qualified to Cert CII level (or equivalent) - full funding available
- A full driving licence would also be beneficial but not essential for this position
