SEN Teaching Assistant FarnboroughProspero Teaching is looking for a committed and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting in Farnborough. This long-term role involves working closely with pupils who require additional support due to learning differences, communication needs, autism, ADHD, or social-emotional challenges. You will help pupils feel safe, supported, and confident throughout the school day, providing a mix of 1:1 assistance, small-group support, and in-class guidance. Staff in this school work collaboratively to ensure every child gets the personalised help they need to succeed, and you will play a key part in that team. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, patient, and passionate about helping young people, particularly individuals with backgrounds in care, youth work, support work, SEN, or graduates in psychology, education, criminology, or child development.
