Are you an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator with a strong background in freight forwarding pricing? This is your chance to join a well-established logistics team in Felixstowe, working for a global leader in Ocean Freight (LCL & FCL) and Airfreight solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing Expertise: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for Ocean and Air freight services.
• Manage pricing for buying and selling freight forwarding services.
• Build strong relationships with customers and overseas agents.
• Arrange bookings and support field sales when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in freight forwarding pricing (buying & selling) – essential.
• Knowledge of Ocean Freight (LCL & FCL) and Airfreight operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
