Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant/Caretaker for our client based in Greater Manchester.

Working Days: 5 in 7 days per week, including weekends
Working Hours: 36.25 per week, overtime is periodically available/
Rate of Pay: £12.82 per hour
Contract Length: Initial 3 months, opportunity to extend depending upon performance
Duties:

Working alongside our client to ensure compliance requirements are met
Minor DIY
Flexibility for a diverse role that can offer new challenges every day
Basic cleaning
Driving between sites in a company vehicle
Key handling
Opening and closing of various buildingsRequirements:

Must have current, valid driving licence
Experience in a similar role is advantageous
