📍 Location: Bradford
⏰ Hours: Operate on a 3-shift pattern basis

06:00am - 6:00pm, 6:00pm-06:00pm
06:00am - 4:00pm Saturdays, 6:00pm - 2:00am (Sundays)💰 Pay: £15.85 per hour

Are you a hands-on logistics professional with a passion for performance, people, and process improvement? We're looking for a Despatch Coordinator to lead a team of dedicated operatives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of operatives, ensuring high standards in productivity, safety, and teamwork.
Drive a proactive Health & Safety culture across the department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders to meet logistics KPIs.
Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels—within your team and across the wider business.
Ensure all customer complaints are resolved within 48 hours.
Continuously review and improve distribution processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Consistently achieve or exceed logistics performance targets.Requirements:

✅ FLT Counterbalance / Reach Licence - Essential
✅Computer Literate - Required
✅Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a strong advantage
✅Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
✅Strong communication and teamwork skills

This is a temp-to-perm role, meaning there is an opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance.
