The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a nursery who is looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager. You will oversee the daily operations for a 43-place nursery, providing high-quality care and education for children aged three months to five years. You will lead a team of early years professionals, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
This role includes managing curriculum planning, staff development, safeguarding, and compliance while building strong relationships with families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding early years education in line with EYFS guidelines.
* Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted regulations and maintains high-quality standards.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and financial management.
* Develop positive relationships with parents, children, and the local community.
* Maintain high standards in safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance.
* Mentor and train staff to encourage professional development.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment tailored to children's needs.

The Person
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
* Has proven experience in nursery management.
* Has a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.
* Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Is committed to providing high-quality early years education.
* Has experience in staff management, budgeting, and operational oversight
