Job Title: Case Review Specialist

Location: Swinton

Hybrid: Yes - 3 days office / 2 days home

A new opportunity has opened for a Case Review Specialist to join a well-established organisation within the payroll and HR services space.

This role focuses on managing and progressing internal service escalations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

Taking ownership of escalated cases (approximately 50 per week) and ensuring they are progressed efficiently

Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Support, Payroll, Implementation, and Operational teams

Setting up regular meetings, driving progress, and holding teams accountable

Monitoring case trends and contributing to service improvement through data and insights

The ideal candidate will have:

A strong background in customer service, with a focus on internal stakeholder management

Confidence in leading conversations and coordinating multiple moving parts

An understanding of the importance of customer perception, even when not customer-facing

The ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Experience in using tools like Zendesk or similar platforms would be advantageous, and while technical knowledge isn't essential, a general comfort with systems and processes will be beneficial.
