We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager (Factoring) to join a well established and growing property firm in Aberdeen. In this role, you will play a crucial part in liaising with tenants, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

AberdeenMonday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pmPermanent position, competitive salary and car allowanceKey Responsibilities:- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants within factoring blocks, through phone email and face to face meetings- Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues- Uphold high service level agreements and prioritise customer satisfaction- Utilise systems knowledge to effectively manage customer inquiries and requests- Draw on previous administration experiences to streamline processes and tasks- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathyRequirements:- Strong customer service focus with a passion for meeting and exceeding expectations- Property experience- Essential experience in customer service and complaint handling- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with tenants effectively- Detail-oriented approach to coordinating maintenance activities and resolving issues
