We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Controller based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a 12 month contract basis. 

Summary of the Service Controller role…

Salary: £31,814 - £33,865
Job Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the Service Controller

Answer inbound calls and queries.
Schedule maintenance, servicing and repairs of machines.
Organise parts, labour and tooling to ensure efficient completion of any job.
Close and invoice jobs justifying costs incurred.
Communicate with Field Service Engineers to compile and prepare estimates.
Raise sales orders, work orders, purchase requests and invoices.
Processing and dealing with credit notes.
Input engineer timesheets and overtime forms.
Requirements for a successful Credit Controller

Experience working with and scheduling repairs and engineers previously.
Warranty parts and service experience in the construction/plant industry.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Flexible approach to work.
Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple workloads.
Well organised.
