My client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Wills & Probate Lawyer to join their thriving Private Client department. About the Firm

Their Private Client team is a key part of the practice, advising a broad range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners with complex estate planning requirements.

The successful candidate will:

Lead and further develop the Wills & Probate department, mentoring and supporting junior lawyers and fee earners
Manage a varied and high-quality caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
Help expand the department's presence across London and the South East
Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the firm as part of the senior leadership team
You will have:

Significant experience in Private Client / Wills & Probate law, ideally with 2+ years PQE (more senior candidates are encouraged to apply)
A strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including with high-net-worth clients
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to business development and firm growth
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the confidence to oversee a busy department
Experience using LEAP case management software would be advantageous, although this is not essential
