Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an elderly care provider for a Home Manager in the Derbyshire area. The home is a medium sized elderly care home that provides, Residential, Dementia & Nursing care and is part of a great business with an excellent reputation in the area. You will be responsible for managing the service ensuring that residents are getting the best possible care and should be comfortable working in an elderly care setting with clinical practices.

The candidate

The ideal Home Manager should be someone who can lead from the front, have good commercial knowledge as well as a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines. You should have experience of working in a similar setting previously with a proven CQC record.

* Nursing qualification is preferred but not essential if you have nursing Home Management experience

* Good performing home - Good CQC History and good reputation in the area

* Salary is open to negotiation - circa the £60 - £65k mark DOE

Location: The home is based in the Derbyshire area and is commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Alfreton, Belper, Matlock & Chesterfield
