We're looking for an experienced Gas Operations Supervisor on behalf of our client - a leading social housing provider in the South. 🔍 About the Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing all gas-related repairs, servicing, and compliance across our client's housing stock - from standard boilers to renewable systems and solid fuel heating.

This is your chance to:

  • Lead and support a team of skilled Gas Engineers
  • Ensure compliance and safety across all works (Gas Safe, Building Regs, H&S)
  • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving where needed
  • Champion a customer-first culture with a social purpose at its heart

Whether you're supervising a planned upgrade or investigating a complex issue, you'll have the resources, backing, and leadership support to do the job properly - without the constant race against profit margins.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience in gas operations supervision or similar
  • Holds current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1) and Unvented certification
  • Knows the ins and outs of domestic heating systems, control systems, and maintenance standards
  • Is a confident leader, passionate about mentoring teams and delivering quality
  • Understands the value of great customer service in social housing
  • Holds a full driving licence and is happy to travel across Berkshire and north Hants
