Nurture Teacher (QTS Essential) - September Start
Competitive Salary: £26 - £30 per hour (PAYE)

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated Nurture Teacher to join our team, working closely with students who require tailored support to successfully transition back into a school environment.

About the Role:
As a Nurture Teacher, you will deliver engaging and personalised teaching in local community settings such as libraries, community hubs, and occasionally in students' homes. Your focus will be on providing a nurturing and supportive environment that helps pupils develop the confidence and skills needed to re-integrate into mainstream education.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

*

Experience working with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs is highly desirable.

*

We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) ready to start this September.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with pupils, families, and community partners.

Flexibility and a proactive approach to working across varied locations.
