Area: Midlands

The Role of Area Sales Manager

This is a field / home based role. As Area Sales Manager you will sell the companies' leading range of innovative heat recovery and HVAC products. 50% of your time will spent developing relationships with branch managers and owners at independent and national electrical wholesalers such as CEF, Edmunsons, Rexel, Yess Electrical etc. The other 50% of your time will be spent stimulating demand with M&E contractors and M&E Consultants where you will identify, track and follow projects. You will then back sell through the electrical wholesaler channel. A large proportion of projects will be with housing associations & local authorities as well as small and private housing developers. This is a varied role where the successful Area Sales Manager will work on a mixture of refurb, retro-fit and new build domestic projects.

The Candidate


Candidates that have a HVAC background and / or have sold products such as heat recovery units, radiators, ventilation, fans, heat pumps, boilers, heating products, air conditioning, electrical products will be of interest


We would be keen to talk to candidates that have sold into M&E Contractors OR M&E consultants OR electrical wholesalers


We would also be keen to talk to candidates that have sold into social housing / housing associations


Applicants that have a good track record worked in a sales capacity for electrical wholesaler(s) will also be considered
