SEND Teaching Assistant - Maidenhead
Full-time | Term-Time Only | £97-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Complete Classroom Services are working with a welcoming SEND school in Maidenhead, and we are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school supports pupils with ASD, with around 112 pupils aged 4-16, and small class sizes of approximately 8 pupils. Support is typically 1:1 or 1:2, ensuring each child receives focused, nurturing guidance tailored to their needs.

This is a rewarding role where you will genuinely make a difference every day.

About the Role:
• Providing 1:1 (and occasional 1:2) support to pupils with ASD
• Helping pupils engage in lessons, communication tasks and daily routines
• Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
• Encouraging confidence, independence and emotional well-being
• Creating a patient, positive and nurturing learning environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Has experience working with children with SEND (ASD experience ideal)
• Is confident providing 1:1 or 1:2 support
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Has the Right to Work in the UK
• Is caring, reliable and committed to supporting children's progress
