Business Studies Teacher (January Start)

Location: Redbridge 

Contract: Full-time, Long-term 

Start Date: January 2025

Smart Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Business Studies Teacher to join a high-achieving East London secondary school from January. The successful candidate will teach Business Studies across Key Stages 3-4, with the opportunity to deliver KS5 depending on experience. This role would suit a teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and maintaining high academic standards.

About the role: 

Teach Business Studies across KS3-KS4 (KS5 may be available)

Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that promote strong outcomes

Use effective assessment to monitor progress and inform planning

Contribute to departmental curriculum development and enrichment

Maintain excellent behaviour management and a purposeful learning environment

Participate in department meetings, CPD, and wider school initiatives

Requirements: 

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies

Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
