Are you an Infrastructure Engineer looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

In this challenging but rewarding position at a top law firm, you will be providing a high level of 3rd line support to users across the UK.

Once up to speed, you will be able to work from home up to 2 days per week, giving you a great work/life balance!

Your responsibilities:

On top of your infrastructure duties, you will also provide remote and deskside technical support for computer applications and hardware as well as Audio Visual support.

* Assisting with 1st and 2nd line support tasks

* Hands on technical 3rd line infrastructure support

* Office 365

* Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

* Windows 10/11

* Azure AD

* Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite, Netdocs

Your skills:

* You must have experience of working at a law firm or similar professional services

* You must have 2+ years of experience within an infrastructure role and 5+ years in IT

* Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment

You will also have to travel to other UK offices 1-2 times per month to provide support.
