We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Operative to join a busy sheet metal production team. This role involves supporting production activities, maintaining a safe working environment, and assisting with machinery and general workshop duties.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 16:30 - 05:00 (48 hours per week)

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour for the first 39 hours, and £16.28 per hour for the remaining 9 hours of the final shift.

This position may lead to a full-time, permanent opportunity following a successful trial period.

• Previous experience operating a brake press is desirable
• Prior experience working within the sheet metal industry
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to adapt to various production tasks

• Assisting with general production duties within the sheet metal workshop
• Operating machinery, including the brake press (where applicable)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
