One 77 Mortgages is a multi award-winning whole of market, National Mortgage and Protection broker, based in Chippenham. Our offering and model is different to that of the majority of brokers and we have some fantastic unique selling points.

Main responsibilities and Duties:

  • Gain regular updates from lenders, solicitors and business partners to ascertain case progress
  • Identify additional information required and request form relevant party
  • Update clients on a regular basis with case progression
  • Process and upload postal and online communication from clients
  • Intervene with any problems
  • Give the clients regular updates via phone or email
  • Ensure accurate data on client’s files
  • Adhere to FCA and ML regulations
  • Follow procedures for all elements in the customer journey

Skills, Experience and Attributes required:

  • Proven customer service record
  • Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues and business partners.
  • Ability to determine priorities and organise work accordingly
  • High attention to detail
  • To provide excellent service to all clients, colleagues and business partners and work as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Problem solver
  • Co-ordination experience
  • Hard-working and desire to succeed
  • Knowledge of Mortgage and / or Protection polices, desirable, but not essential as full training will be given
  • Experienced case manager within a Financial Services Firm, desirable, but not essential as full training will be given

  • £21,000 (fte) pa plus commission on General Insurance sales
