Finance Assistant

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant, on behalf of our client in Gransden.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business, with a great team.

Duties:

* Expenses: check, code and submit for approval.

* Code supplier invoices on AP program (ISP) and raise queries if any differences are spotted.

* Supplier statement reconciliations.

* Daily bank postings.

* Credit control: chase overdue amounts, post customer statements, raise free text invoices/credit notes, communicate/raise any issues, report on a weekly basis.

* Payment proposal run and check, payment file upload to bank, set manual payments for approval.

Experience Required:

* Finance Support / Finance Assistant

* Salary 28k Pro rata.

* Flexible on days 4 ½ days or 3 full days. We can be flexible for the right person, i.e work around the school run / pick up. Office based Monday - Thursday (no requirement for them to work on Fridays)
