Channel Manager – UK, France or Germany

£80 - £120K Base commission

My client is a Global Telecoms company, headquartered in England, organised into three operating segments – Networks & Security, Lifecycle Service Assurance and Connected Devices.

They are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic Channel Manager to drive business growth through strategic channel partnerships across EMEA. This role is focused on strengthening partner relationships, enabling partner-led selling, and ensuring forecasting accuracy and execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key channel partner relationships across EMEA to grow business.

• Build & execute strategic business plans with partners, including target setting, joint go-to-market initiatives, & sales programs.

• Support partners throughout the sales lifecycle – from lead generation through to closing – including direct engagement with end customers when necessary.

• Participate in deal strategy and support the development of competitive responses to RFPs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within the technology, telecommunications, or networking industry.

• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and the dynamics of managing multiple stakeholders across partner organisations. Proven ability to create business plans, manage quotas, and deliver measurable results through partners.

• Comfortable engaging in customer-facing situations, including supporting the partner in closing complex deals.

• Experience working in a multi-country, multicultural environment; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish or French is a strong plus

• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed (approximately 20/30%).
