Base salary: £30,000

First-year earnings: £33,000-£38,000 realistic OTE

Commission from day one

What you'll do in your first year:

Source and interview candidates for school-based roles

Write and promote professional CVs and candidate profiles

Work closely with our sales consultants to place candidates

Hit weekly KPIs and targets (fully supported)

Earn commission as you develop in the role

Once you complete your first year, you'll move into a Sales Consultant role, with advanced training in:

Business development and client growth

Negotiation and margin management

Safeguarding, compliance, and regulations

Customer service and handling objections

Time and workload management
