Reed Talent Solutions are working with Axa Partners on the search for Customer Service Advisors based in Redhill, Surrey.

This is a great opportunity to join a market leading insurance provider to support with inbound customer claims.

This is an exciting short term role for candidates who are looking for their next interim, hybrid role. We are looking for candidates who would be available to start on the 28th May and have no annual leave requirements while in the training period (5 weeks from start date)

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

• Providing expert support to customers through handling inbound calls
• Resolving queries, and coordinating with approved suppliers to deliver effective solutions
• Handling inbound calls from customers who need to make a claim
• Providing comprehensive support to customers with a diverse range of needs

What important information do you need to know?

• Job title: Customer Service Advisor
• Location: Station Road, Redhill. Hybrid 2days in office, 3 days WFH.
• Contract: 4 months with a view to extend
• Hourly pay rate: PAYE £12.02
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Start date: 28th May 2024
• Duration: 4 months temporary assignment with potential for extension
• Equipment: IT equipment supplied
• Recruitment process: Telephone interview with Reed plus pre-employment vetting (Eligibility to Work, 3 Years Referencing, Basic DBS check and Credit & Sanctions Check)

Knowledge and Skills

• A proven record of exceptional customer service skills, approaching calls with empathy, respect and patience.
• Being a clear, concise communicator
• Experience navigating difficult conversations, de-escalating and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in utilising Outlook, MS365, data entry and excellent grammar and spelling.
