Job Title: Marine Project Manager
Location: UK (various coastal, offshore, and inland-waterway project sites)
Type: Full-time / Permanent (site-based / hybrid arrangements depending on project)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marine Project Manager to lead and manage complex marine infrastructure, marine civils and offshore construction projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for full project lifecycle management - from early planning and feasibility, through marine logistics, site mobilisation and execution, to project completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination (marine plant, barges, boats, specialists), and site management.

Oversee safety, environmental compliance and regulatory requirements - especially in challenging marine or coastal environments.

Manage subcontractors, clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence and quality outcomes.

Conduct risk assessments, method statements, logistic planning and contingency planning for marine operations.

Communicate with stakeholders (clients, regulatory bodies, project teams) to coordinate works, provide updates and manage expectations.

Essential Requirements:

Extensive experience in marine construction, civil engineering, offshore works or similar infrastructure projects.

Strong project management experience, ideally with complex, multi-disciplinary marine / coastal / offshore projects.

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Proven ability to manage safety, compliance and environmental standards in marine environments.

Flexibility and willingness to travel/relocate as project demands require.
