We’re on the lookout for a driven and dynamicHead of Skills Delivery & Engagementto join a leading organisation at the forefront of employment and skills innovation in the built environment sector.

If you’re passionate about technical education and have the strategic know-how to shape national and regional skills agendas, this could be your next big move.

You’ll be heading up the delivery of a forward-thinking skills support service - helping members navigate everything from qualifications and apprenticeships to training and workforce growth.

It’s a role that blends thought leadership with hands-on impact, offering you the platform to drive real change across the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the go-to expert on qualifications, funding, and workforce development.
• Designing engaging guidance for members through digital and traditional formats.
• Supporting businesses directly with one-to-one advice.
• Overseeing the expansion of a dedicated Business Growth Hub (helping our members scale!)
• Representing the organisation on national and regional forums, influencing policy and shaping the future of the technical education sector.
• Leading key committees and working groups across the UK to improve industry-wide outcomes.

We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have

• A background in further education, apprenticeships, or workforce development
• Experience offering guidance to businesses or working with growth or support services - or transferable skills that show you’d thrive in this kind of role.
• A proactive, solutions-led approach and the curiosity to help shape what the future of skills support looks like.

• Familiarity with public policy and industry bodies.

The Package

Salary:Up to £70,000 depending on experience

• Generous holiday:25 days + bank holidays, with extra Christmas closure and an option to buy more.
