As a CareDriver Operations Specialist, you'll gain critical hands-on experience in a fast-growing and quick-paced environment. You will be the driving force behind ensuring every HopSkipDrive passenger gets in the car with a fully vetted and qualified CareDriver.
You'll be ready to roll up your sleeves to help enhance the most productive and most caring community of drivers in the world. You'll work on the front lines to maintain a healthy marketplace by ensuring compliance to increase the readiness of CareDrivers and future CareDrivers to support demand in multiple markets. You have an intense drive and work ethic, a passion for our brand and our mission, and a get-things-done attitude.
Your Primary Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Request, review and verify submitted compliance documents
- Pause, reactivate and offboard CareDrivers
- Process CareDriver profile changes
- Ensure local business licenses are maintained
- Utilize continuous monitoring systems to enroll & un-enroll CareDrivers
- Process CareDriver advanced qualification documentation
- Partner with Operations Associates to prioritize efforts where drivers are needed most.
- 1+ years of Operations experience at a high-growth company.
- Drive to excel in everything you do.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Google Docs a plus.
