Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client team. The role would suit a candidate with at least 3 years’ experience in Private Client work.Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills, including trust Wills
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Estate planning and Inheritance Tax (IHT) advice
• Deeds of Variation
• Probate and estate administration, including IHT400 accounts
• Financial management of clients’ affairs where the firm acts as Attorney/Deputy
• Court of Protection applications

• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
