Business Manager - Permanent  

Location: Nottingham/Derby with regional travel 

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple sites within a defined region. The role involves managing staff, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard and support employees across the region
Conduct site audits and manage compliance
Act as the main point of contact for staff and clients
Handle HR processes including holidays, sickness, return-to-work meetings, and performance management
Monitor stock, equipment and health & safety standards
Maintain accurate records, complete payroll input and ensure full compliance
Drive operational excellence and support regional growth

Key Skills 

Proven experience in a multi-site management role
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong HR knowledge and operational awareness
Full UK driving licence (travel required - car allowance and fuel card provided)
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Salary up to £35k
