We are urgently seeking a highly competent and reliable Electrician for a rapid strip-out project at a commercial restaurant in London's iconic West End. This is an excellent opportunity for a quick turnaround assignment with competitive pay.
They will require the fit out too but waiting for the go-ahead from client.
Assignment Details:
* Location: London's West End
* Duration: Short-term assignment (specific length to be confirmed, likely 1-2 weeks)
* Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (10 hours paid per day)
* Rate: £25.00 per hour
* Start: Monday 16th June
The Role: You will be responsible for the safe and efficient electrical strip-out of an existing restaurant premises. This will involve disconnecting and removing electrical fittings, cabling, and infrastructure in preparation for a new fit-out.
Essential Requirements:
* JIB Gold Card (Electrician) - Essential
* Proven experience in commercial strip-out projects or similar demolition/decommissioning work.
* Strong understanding of safe isolation procedures and relevant health and safety regulations.
* Own full set of tools suitable for electrical strip-out work.
* Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
