Deputy Nursery Manager
RSG are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Northolt. As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you would be:
* Supporting the Room Leader in the daily running of the room
* Guiding and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding EYFS practice
* Acting as a key person, building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families
* Ensuring the highest standards in safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance
* Leading observations, planning, and assessments to promote individual development
* Championing best practices and supporting staff development
If you have a passion for early years education and care, hold a full and relevant level 3 qualification, and have at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience along with 1 year of leadership experience, we would love to hear from you
