Water Softener Service Technician

Our client is seeking a technically minded and reliable individual to join their team as a Water Softener Service Technician. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone practical, hands-on, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out planned maintenance of domestic water softeners

· Carrying out drinking water filter replacements

· Delivering salt and other water treatment supplies

· Diagnosing basic system faults and assessing equipment performance

· Providing professional and friendly customer support on-site

· Completing service reports and maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

· Full, clean UK driving licence

· Technically minded with a practical, hands-on approach

· Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Reliable, organised, and self-motivated

· Must be over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)

· A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (advantageous but not essential)

What’s on Offer:

· Full training provided

· Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

· Base salary: £30,000 per annum + performance bonus
