This large, purpose-built home is part of a group of 8 services across South Yorkshire. The provider is committed to provide its service users the opportunity to live as independently as possible while receiving the level of care that suits their individual needs and empowers them to achieve their goals, dreams, and aspirations. The home has 2 hubs with a total of 18 beds. All the interiors are modern with spacious lounges, activities rooms and fully equipped, modern kitchens. There are some CQC challenges to overcome but the most important part of this role is going to be leadership. The Role Duties to include:
• CQC compliance
• Lead, develop and mentor the support team
• Maintenance of all external relationships with residents’ families and all relevant stakeholders The Person We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
• Successful management of LD and complex behaviour service users
• Consistent CQC compliance track record
• The ability to manage change effectively The Rewards
