Teaching Assistant Grange Over Sands

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking a Teaching Assistant who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Grange over Sands area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence in after easter covering the full summer term.

Key Skills and Attributes:

· Support teaching staff across KS3 and KS4 classrooms

· Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils

· Assist with differentiated learning activities

· Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Pre-requisites:

· Previous TA or classroom support experience in UK schools

· Understanding of safeguarding and child protection

· Ability to support learning across key stages

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
