Job Title: Warehouse Picker & Packer

Location: Tewkesbury

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Contract Length: 12 Weeks

Start Date: As soon as possible

Rate: £12.80 per hour

Shift Pattern

·        Rota shifts: 07:00 – 16:30 / 09:00 – 18:30

·        Saturdays: 07:00 – 16:00 (one shift)

·        Shifts are flexible and based on production needs (not fixed weekly patterns)

·        Must be able to work both early and late shifts

·        Flexibility required to stay beyond shift end when needed

Pay & Overtime

·        Competitive salary with annual pay reviews

·        Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Picking, packing, and rotating stock with speed and accuracy

·        Replenishing stock and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse

·        Loading and securing orders ready for dispatch

·        Operating PPT/LLOP equipment (full training provided)

·        Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

·        Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

·        Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

·        Flexible approach to shifts

·        Reliable transport to Tewkesbury

·        Warehouse or FMCG experience is helpful but not essential

·        PPT/LLOP licence is a bonus (training provided)
