Location: Regent Street, Central London

Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week | No Call-Outs

We're recruiting a skilled Fabric Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for maintaining luxury commercial properties. This is a stable, full-time role with long-term potential and a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering planned and reactive fabric maintenance across premium commercial spaces

*

Conducting fire door inspections, repairs, and remedial works

*

Performing general building fabric repairs, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing

*

Working closely with on-site teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide smooth and efficient service

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

*

Experience in building or fabric maintenance (ideally within commercial or high-end residential environments)

*

Strong working knowledge of fire doors - inspection and repair essential

*

Proficient in a range of fabric trades - carpentry, decorating, plastering, etc.

*

A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
