The Role & Your Impact As a vital link between our clients and our care staff, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our daily operations. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Rota Management: Crafting efficient schedules and communicating clearly with staff and families.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensuring we meet all regulatory standards and handling any feedback or concerns with professionalism.
  • Community Engagement: Assessing new and existing clients to ensure their care plans are perfect.
  • Leadership: Mentoring new team members, assisting with inductions, and overseeing training.
  • Hybrid Support: Providing a friendly face to clients during care delivery and participating in a paid "on-call" rotation.
