Such a unique Financial Controller opportunity this one, working with the Managing Director you will become the right hand person and manage all of finance as the business embarks on a clear 5 year strategy. This position gives any Financial Controller the full consolidation of skills to step up to Finance Director status in the future as you will be responsible for;

• Financial control and framework management
• Team leadership
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Investor management
• Delivery of an exit strategy

Initially the role is a traditional Financial Controller position, managing the complete finance operation of this privately owned SME presenting month & year end accounts however as seen above will very quickly evolve into more commercial and technical accounting aligned to the 5 year exit strategy.

The MD is highly regarded within the North West, a visionary who gives you freedom to perform and sets clear expectations aligned to company goals.
