Our client a well-established manufacturing business based in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.

You will be working 08:30-17:30, Monday-Thursday and 08:00-14:00 Friday and will receive a range of benefits including free parking and an office that is within walking distance to the train station.

As a Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer queries in a manner that secures sales growth and always offering customer support.

* Liaising between operations and manufacturing to provide the best quotations for customers

* Preparing and supplying, in a timely manner, formal quotations with customer price negotiations

* Conducting contract review of customer orders, resolving any issues raised, and entering customer orders onto the system complete with formal acknowledgements to the customer.

* Providing basic technical support to customers, consulting with the in-house technical team

* Assisting with the export of goods to customers

* Ensuring all documentation complies with company regulations and procedures

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has the following skills and experiences:

* Previous customer service experience

* Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

* Commercially aware and able to negotiate

* Good attention to details

* Good all round administration skills.
