Well established inbound tour operator seeking a creative Italian speaking travel professional to join an energetic team curating unforgettable itineraries for the European market visiting the UK & Ireland.

Role: Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator

Location: Edinburgh/Hybrid

Hours: Mon-Fri office hours

Salary: up to £31,000 DOE plus bonuses and benefits!

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator to join our travel team.

Key Requirements as an Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator:

• Fluent in English plus Italian.
• Minimum 1 year experience with a DMC, tour operator in group or FIT, or hotel reservations/operations.
• Strong knowledge of the UK (Ireland a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Confident in Excel; Tourplan knowledge is a bonus.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced travel environment.

Role Overview as an Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator:

• Manage client bookings and tour operations from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to deliver outstanding service.
• Prepare itineraries, rooming lists, vouchers, and ensure all logistical details are accurate.
• Monitor budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and maximize margins without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support team members when needed.
• Participate in familiarization trips and occasional emergency cover during peak season.
