Client Relationship Manager

Position located at: 40th Street and Camelback  |  $40k

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office, service our clients and handle duties for the partners of the firm. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and supporting multiple Advisors, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Purpose of your Role: Support the Partners & associated professionals in all administrative logistical and compliance activities.

Office Management

  • All aspects of the office operations are running smoothly
  • All interoffice logistics and coordination flows seamlessly
    • Deliverable: Weekly/monthly debriefs

Client Contact and Liaison

  • Appointments set consistent with our goals as set from time to time
  • All clients feel [and are] well served and supported on a timely basis
    • Deliverable: Weekly/monthly debriefs

Manage and Support Insurance and Investment Administration

  • All paperwork and other filings associated with the firm processed on a timely basis
  • Exceptions or anomalies reported immediately to partners
    • Deliverable: Insurance checklist maintained
    • Deliverable: Weekly debriefs

Account Maintenance

  • All notifications are handled in a timely manner.
  • All paperwork and other filings associated with the firm processed on a timely basis
  • Exceptions or anomalies reported immediately to partners
    • Deliverable: Weekly debriefs
    • Deliverable: Checklist

Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge in the financial and/or insurance industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to adapt to small business demands
